OUR APPROACH

We begin with a strengths-based, family-centered approach to case management. Our high-frequency touchpoints nudge our clients to engage with supportive services, helping to reduce the cognitive load associated with navigating poverty.

PROGRAMMING

We offer culturally relevant, holistic support services that strengthen individuals’ social networks and improve well-being, helping employees thrive and stay connected while boosting long-term stability and retention.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS

We provide internal financial wellness workshops or refer clients to partners for targeted financial capability training. This support helps clients resolve acute challenges quickly, preventing small issues from becoming destabilizing barriers. Clients are also eligible for our one-on-one Financial Concierge pilot, which offers personalized, expedited support for complex financial needs.

BARRIER REDUCTION

We reduce immediate barriers through emergency micro-grants for existing clients facing unexpected expenses or hardship. This direct cash assistance helps prevent compounding financial strain and keeps clients on track toward their long-term financial goals.

CONFIDENCE TRAINING

Our Confidence Program builds internal capacity for change by strengthening mindset and developing essential soft skills. Grounded in an understanding of the scarcity mindset that can come with living paycheck to paycheck, the program equips participants to clarify goals and navigate systems more effectively. We offer a 4-day paid training track focused on growth-mindset strategies to succeed and thrive in new work environments.

ESL & DIGITAL LITERACY

Our ESL and digital literacy programs support sustained progress by building practical language and technology skills aligned with participants’ personal and professional goals, boosting confidence and encouraging continued engagement. These programs meet employees where they are, offering online sessions, in-person workshops, and on-the-job conversational practice during lunch breaks.

HEALTH AND HOPE BAGS

Our Health & Hope Bags complement external referrals by providing short-term food security while serving as an on-ramp to longer-term nutrition resources, reducing stress and supporting household stability. Each bag is thoughtfully curated to be culturally relevant and tailored to the specific needs of the client. To remove stigma, we deliver them directly to clients or their workplace.

INTERNSHIPS

Our 2G Internship Program advances our mission of accelerating stability not just for individuals, but for their social fabric. The program provides hands-on, paid experience for the children and grandchildren of our clients. We focus on confidence, career paths, and soft skills, supporting long-term attachment to the workforce or continued education.
